Project Summary:
Created a logo suite featuring three roofs (symbolizing the team), an “M” shape integrated at the bottom, and a location pin in negative space.
The color palette uses pastel earthy blues for a calming yet professional look; typography balances futuristic styling with legibility.
The logo was designed for the brand named Team Shah by the owner. The logo we finalized to show the first initial of owners first name and he wanted to go with a straight forward traditional look and feel of a real estate logo. The logo has a three roofs for each of the team members and the negative space presents a map marker. Download brand guidelines here.
